Control, Operation and Maintenance Agreements (COMA)

Our COMA service provides structured, ongoing responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of your HV and LV infrastructure. Delivered by Senior Authorised Persons (SAPs), our engineers work to PWR Serves formalised safety rules, permit systems, and switching procedures. Agreements are tailored to site conditions, asset risk profiles, and maintenance requirements — ensuring compliance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and supporting continuous, auditable control of plant.

High & Low Voltage Network Design

We design HV and LV distribution networks in line with IEC, BSI and client-specific performance criteria. Our in-house engineers collect and utilise load data, fault level analytics, discrimination studies, and future expansion planning to develop efficient, safe, and scalable systems. All designs are backed by structured documentation, CDM compliance, and handover-ready technical packs.

Power System Engineering

Our power engineering services address system integrity, protection, and optimisation. All work is undertaken by experienced engineers trained in system theory and real-world application, with formal risk assessments and SSoW documentation for on-site tasks.

Installation and Commissioning

We carry out HV and LV installations to strict safety standards, with end-to-end project control and commissioning services. All installation work is undertaken by competent electricians and jointers working under permits, RAMS, and isolations as required. Final testing and commissioning follows best industry practices, cross-referencing site-specific and manufacturers procedures, ensuring all systems are energised safely and correctly.
